15.5 month old wakes between 5-6am. Naps twice a day for a total of 2-2.5 hours. Is asleep in his own crib between 7:15-7:45pm. Have blackout curtains, white noise machine, and he has a night time snack. We’ve attempted (several times) letting him cry/whine/play in his crib until 6:30am (the ideal time for him to wake); nothing seems to make a difference. Help!

A little over 2 years old. Wakes 5 am. Sometimes I can get her back to sleep. But mostly not. Specially if it’s 05.15 am, that ship has sailed. Usually naps between 11.30-12 until 13.30-14.00 midday and goes to bed at 7 pm. But over Christmas that changed(we kept are routines, and spent the holiday at our own home). Now she does not want to nap. Finally takes a nap at 12.00-12.30. I wake her at 13.30 because I am afraid she will get to much sleep, and won’t fall asleep at bedtime. Bedtime used to be at 7 pm and fell asleep right away. Now she will not fall asleep before 8 pm. That combined with the early rising, I feel is way to little sleep during the night. 9 hours at night. And that is if she sleeps throughout the night without any small wakings. Heeelp with early rising. I need it. Desperate for it in fact.
